Jonathan Gagnon, often described as a “numbers guy,” transitioned from a successful career in business banking to acquire an enterprise specializing in UV ink in 2013. His strategic move was not merely about selling ink but leveraging existing equipment to design and produce high-quality epoxy floor coatings. Over the years, Gagnon’s passion for the products has grown, and he envisions a bright future for Labsurface.

The upcoming move to a new, automated facility, equivalent to the size of an NFL football field, marks a significant milestone for Labsurface. Mr. Gagnon’s strategic restructuring of the organizational chart over the past 18 months, including the addition of managers, directors, and vice-presidents, sets the stage for the next chapter of success.
