EPOXY PRIMER
VOC-Free Epoxy Primer
The EPOXY PRIMER is a 100% solids, two-component (2A:1B), and VOC-free epoxy primer for concrete floor coating. It offers a combination of long pot life/working time and fast curing. It has been designed to obtain superior adhesion on concrete for heavy/high traffic applications. The EPOXY PRIMER formulation is based on a high-performance cycloaliphatic amine technology, featuring both very low viscosity and excellent early blush resistance.

LABPOX® MVB FAST
VOC-Free, High-Performance Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy
The LABPOX® MVB FAST is a 100% solids, two-component (2A:1B), and VOC-free epoxy moisture vapor barrier for concrete floor coatings. The main property of the LABPOX® MVB FAST is its ability to initially adhere to damp slabs with up to 100% relative humidity. Additionally, the LABPOX® MVB FAST demonstrates a permeance rating of less than 0.1 perm @ 16 mils which can reduce moisture vapor emission rate from 25 lbs/1000sq.ft/24hrs to less than 3 lbs/1000 sq.ft/24hrs on concrete. This performance aligns with the highest standards in the industry. The LABPOX® MVB FAST is used as a primer before installing a complete epoxy or polyaspartic system. The product can receive a subsequent layer of coating in as little as 4 hours, enabling very rapid commissioning. The product has been formulated with state-of-the-art components and is one of the most efficient vapor barrier systems in the industry.

LABPOX® 40 UV
100% Solids, High-Performance Epoxy Providing a Superior UV Resistance
The LABPOX® 40 UV is a 100% solids, two-component (2A:1B), low-VOC, and self-priming specialty epoxy designed for concrete floor coatings with optimal UV resistance. Available in translucent and super-opaque white, the product exhibits superior resistance to UV irradiation (color retention over time), making it best suited for residential and commercial applications. It possesses superior mechanical properties as well as a long pot life and working time. Ideal for lighter colors and metallic systems. While the LABPOX® 40 UV is primarily designed as a topcoat epoxy, it can also be applied directly to concrete as it is self-priming. The Super Opaque White version can only be used as a primer/base coat or, if used as a topcoat, must be protected with an AQUALAB® PUR, LABFAST®, or LABSHIELD® ECO topcoat product. The LABPOX® 40 UV formulation is based on high-performance cycloaliphatic polyamine technology, displaying outstanding properties and delivering a superior aesthetic finish.

PROTECTIVE LAYER (optional)
Our water-based aliphatic polyurethane, AQUALAB® PUR, can be used as a protective layer on LABPOX® products as well as a matte, satin or glossy finish. The product is offered in a smooth clear finish. The gloss is also available in a colored version. It can be applied as a protective and decorative layer over Labsurface’s LABPOX® epoxies. The AQUALAB® PUR has a superior chemical resistance to protect standard epoxies from staining prematurely. It also offers an additional UV protection that will significantly slow the yellowing of the epoxies. The AQUALAB® PUR formulation is based on advanced aliphatic water-based polyol technology displaying superior aesthetic finish and excellent UV stability.
