Labsurface is equipped with high volume three-roll mills to manufacture in-house pigment dispersions providing optimal quality and maximum flexibility for color matching needs. Colors provided can vary depending on the system being used and normal production tolerence.
LABTEC Universal Pigment Pods
The LABTEC Universal Pigment Pods are 100% solids pigment dispersions manufactured by Labsurface and designed for the LABPOX® 30, LABPOX® 40 UV, LABPOX® FAST CURE and the LABFAST® product series. The LABTEC Universal Pods are designed to be field blended.

LABTEC Metallic Pigments
The LABTEC Metallic Pigments are special effect pigments composed of coated mica nanoparticles that create finishes with a unique aspect and a depth effect. The LABTEC Metallic Pigments are designed to be field blended with LABPOX 30 Clear, LABPOX 40 UV Clear, LABPOX LV UV Clear, or LABPOX LV 3D UV Clear creating a pearlescent finish with a spectacular color effect through light interference and absorption.
Labsurface offers a range of metallic powders with shades of bronze, copper, gold, silver and other vibrant colors. The random patterns obtained with these pigments will create an artistic effect providing a unique character to each project. Our metallic pigments are easy to disperse and offers unparalleled storage stability. It is possible to modify the colors by adding pearl or black mica. Metallic pigments can be used for interior applications only.

The LABTEC LABFENDER® PIGMENT PODS are high-solids pigment dispersions manufactured by Labsurface and designed for the LABFENDER® Moisture-Cured Aliphatic Polyurethane Topcoat. The LABTEC LABFENDER® PIGMENT PODS are designed to be field blended.

LABTEC Vinyl Chips
Our LABTEC Vinyl Chips are 100% compatible with our LABFAST and LABSHIELD polyaspartics as well as with the LABPOX epoxies. Flake systems are designed for residential, commercial and light industrial applications. Our standard blends are shown below. Customized blends also available upon request. LABTEC Vinyl Chips have a high resistance to UV, resulting in a greater degree of color retention. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.
NOTE: To avoid any variation during application when multiple boxes with different lot numbers are required, the manufacturer recommends mixing the contents of all boxes that will be used.
