Picture Usage Release & Disclaimer
By submitting photos to Labsurface as part of the 2025 Photo Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Ownership & Rights
- You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the submitted photos or have obtained the necessary permissions to share them.
- You grant Labsurface a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the submitted images in any media, including but not limited to marketing materials, website, social media, and promotional content.
- Usage & Modifications
- Labsurface reserves the right to crop, edit, enhance, or modify the images to fit its branding and marketing needs.
- Submitted images may be used alongside other promotional materials and will appear without credit attribution.
- No Compensation
- By submitting your photos, you acknowledge that no financial compensation beyond the stated program reward (such as a product kit) will be provided for the use of your images.
- The selection of photos for promotional use is at the sole discretion of Labsurface, and not all submissions will be featured.
- Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold Labsurface harmless from any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from the use of the submitted images.
- You confirm that the images do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Consent & Privacy
- If your photos include any identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have obtained their explicit permission to share their likeness.
- Personal information collected through the submission form will only be used for program purposes and will be handled in accordance with Labsurface’s privacy policy.
