4-Coat Epoxy Flooring System
LABFLOOR 4E is a high-performance, solid-color, 4-coat epoxy system installed at 25–31 mils, specifically engineered for industrial environments. Built with high-performance LABPOX® epoxy resins featuring Pinhole Mitigation Technology, this system delivers exceptional durability, long-term protection, and ease of maintenance.
The system is composed of LABPOX® PRIMER, two coats of LABPOX® 30 Pretinted Epoxy, and finished with LABFENDER™ polyurethane topcoat for enhanced chemical, impact, and abrasion resistance.
LABFLOOR 4E combines advanced epoxy and polyurethane technologies to provide a seamless, low-maintenance surface that withstands heavy traffic, machinery, and continuous operations. Its satin finish enhances light reflection and cleanliness, ensuring a bright, safe, and efficient workspace.

The LABPOX® PRIMER is a 100% solids, VOC-free, two-component epoxy primer (2A:1B) designed for concrete floors. It combines long working time with fast curing (as quick as 2h30), offers excellent penetration and adhesion, and features very low viscosity (300 cps). Formulated with high-performance cycloaliphatic amine technology, it delivers superior blush resistance and is ideal for heavy-traffic applications.
