LABFLAKE 3P 100, a fast-curing 3-coat polyaspartic system, provides rapid installation, UV stability, and reliable chemical resistance—ideal for locker rooms in gyms, aquatic centers, sports complexes, and recreational facilities.
LABFLAKE 4E, a durable 4-coat epoxy system, delivers long-term performance, excellent abrasion resistance, and a seamless, easy-to-clean surface perfectly suited for high-humidity and high-traffic locker room areas.
Both systems are designed for easy maintenance in demanding wet-environment conditions.

LABFLAKE 3P 100
3-coat Polyaspartic Flake Flooring System
LABFLAKE 3P 100 is a 3-coat, 100% solids fast return to service decorative, easy-to-clean, seamless flooring solution built with high performance. The system consists of LABPOX® PRIMER, LABSHIELD® ECO pre-tinted broadcasted with multi-colored vinyl chips, sealed with LABSHIELD® ECO clear. LABFENDER™ can be used for additional chemical and mechanical protection but is not mandatory. LABFLAKE 3P 100 is highly versatile, featuring a broad color selection of epoxy and decorative flakes including terrazzo and marble look alike options. Final surface of LABFLAKE 3P 100 floor system offers UV stability and an option for gloss or satin finishes.
ADVANTAGES
¹ Labsurface’s tests were performed at a range of 80-90°C (176-194°F). At those temperature levels the LABFENDER™ lasts up to 60x longer than any 1K or 2K products / technology that were tested with tires in laboratory by our R&D team.

LABSHIELD® ECO is a low-odor, 100% solids, two-component (2A:1B) non-yellowing polyaspartic coating, commonly used with vinyl flakes. It is available in two formulations—Ultra-Fast Set (-) and Extended Working Time (+)—to provide optimal flexibility between working time and curing speed. Its advanced formulation enables the installation of a complete floor system within a single day, ensuring a quick return to service. LABSHIELD® ECO also demonstrates excellent curing performance, even in low-temperature environments.
To complete your system with a matte, non-slip finish, LABFENDER is the ideal protective topcoat. Designed for high-performance exterior use, it delivers exceptional UV stability and chemical resistance, while reducing glare and enhancing surface safety. Its fine-textured finish adds a subtle yet effective anti-slip characteristic, making it a smart upgrade for pool decks that demand both aesthetics and functionality.

The LABPOX® PRIMER is a 100% solids, VOC-free, two-component epoxy primer (2A:1B) designed for concrete floors. It combines long working time with fast curing (as quick as 2h30), offers excellent penetration and adhesion, and features very low viscosity (300 cps). Formulated with high-performance cycloaliphatic amine technology, it delivers superior blush resistance and is ideal for heavy-traffic applications.
The LABPOX® 40 UV is a 100% solids, VOC-free, two-component epoxy coating (2A:1B) offering excellent UV resistance and color stability. Designed for both performance and aesthetics, it delivers a smooth, durable finish with excellent clarity and gloss retention. Its high resistance to yellowing makes it ideal as a topcoat for decorative systems.

The system consists of LABPOX® PRIMER, LABPOX® 30 pre-tinted broadcasted with multi-colored vinyl chips, sealed with LABPOX® 40 UV clear, and protected with LABFENDER™. LABFLAKE™4E offers a variety of aesthetics, featuring a broad color selection of epoxy and a wide variety of polymer flake colors & designs to choose from.
